If the mother is changing in the restroom how is this different from changing in the changing room (and typically the restroom is INSIDE the changing room). Where are her children while she is in the restroom? How is this different from when she's in the changing room? She is still leaving her 5 year old unsupervised somewhere, against the rules of the facility.[/quote]
