You probably work during the day, since you commented about going to the playgrounds on the weekend. These are SAHMs so you'll see them at the playgrounds during the week, and same with the nail places.

Norwood Park (ok technically in Chevy Chase) or Freeland Park (next to Bethesda library) is a good place to find them. I see them there but don't pay much attention to jackets since I'm a guy and more focused on how they look in their yoga pants.[/quote]
