You first argue that if any change increases the percentage of white students at Deal/Wilson, then DCPS will lose a civil rights action. Then you argue that if any change increases the percentage of white students at an EotP school, that too will result in a civil rights lawsuit. So in essence, you think no change can occur which will alter the current racial balance at any school??? I think your grasp of the relevant civil rights law is suspect.[/quote]
