Some of the women in DC seem to have unrealistic expectation. I know a few friends who will not settle for anything less than a guy who is x religion, a lawyer, a doctor or a high profile x, make x plus dollars, had to graduate from one of three schools and are between x-y years old. Objectively, they are average to a little below average in looks and smarts and some are not nice. They are in their 40 now and will ask why they can't get a man. I don't say anything, what can you say?
and have probably many sexual partners. if you want the cream of the crop you have to be the cream of the crop and that involves being relatively chaste
Where do you get this crap? I hope women aren't reading this stuff and taking it to heart. I would never date anyone who had this attitude.
It is no secret that men don't want to wife up sluts. Was is that a surprise? There are plenty of studies that show correlation between number of sexual partners of a woman and divorce rates. It is also believed as well that higher numbers of sex partners diminish oxytocin responses, i.e. makes it harder for women to bond closely to their mates. Increased partner counts also lead to higher incidences of HPV and cervical cancer as well as other STDS.
This made me laugh. There are no such studies. If there are it's from fanatical Christian misogynists. STDs are a concern for both men and women but number of partners is irrelevant. Sheesh... Welcome to 2013, not 1950.
