I applaud Potomac too, but recognize that such Gay-Straight Alliance groups seem to be the norm at most DC area private schools.

Every non-Catholic school has some sort of Gay- Straight alliance, but I've yet to hear of any school other than Potomac engage in such a frank and open discussion across the entire school (teachers and students).  Kudos to Potomac!  Apologies to any schools that have followed Potomac's lead without me noticing and shame on any who haven't![/quote]
