[/quote] That was the entire point. Admin at FSES is (in my experience) more responsive than OTES admin. This has really gotten sidetracked to be about how much control they have over firing a teacher. There are many ways to be responsive that have nothing to do with firing anyone, and there are other ways in which OTES admin is less responsive than admin at other schools. [/quote]
