Naysayers be damned! :)[/quote] Maybe it's just your wording, but the way it's written sounds like all the other bilingual charters have to do is amend their own charters to "include DCI" and they're in. But in fact don't the current founding and feeder schools have to approve new schools joining? There are considerations about class size, attrition, new students, and how the school will be run that need to be looked at as new schools are added. From what I've heard, the current schools (LAMB, Stokes, Yu Ying, Mundo Verde, and now DC Bilingual) will be choosing who else comes in. It's not just a free for all . [/quote]
