Love your baseless accusation that criticism of her speech means the original poster must be uncomfortable in the presence of immigrants. This is why people hate DEI - you take a comment about the speech being inappropriately political and make a wild assumption that the poster is anti immigrant [/quote] Sounds like you are the one making assumptions. Never said anyone was anti-immigrant. Read. I said that her speaking to an audience filled with immigrants about and immigrant issue is totally appropriate to the audience. And maybe that privilege that some have that this isn’t a concern for them doesn't mean she has to cater to the privileged and censor herself. That leap with the comment about DEI is telling. And, surprise, everything is political.[/quote]
