It’s not appropriate for a normal weight celebrity or average person to be on weight loss drugs (but people are still doing it obviously). But for a person who is morbidly obese or just regular obese … the benefits of losing weight outweigh the risks of constipation/diarrhea, muscle wasting, and gallbladder issues that might pop up. Because obese people tend to struggle with those things more than normal weight people anyway so you might as well be normal weight while you have those problems. [/quote]
