What specifically would you be afraid of in that case?  Please list all the terrible scenarios that would unfold. I you have nothing specific to say then you have nothing to worry about..

I care less about labels.  If your "maga" mayor can clean the city up, make it unfriendly to any type of criminals, permanently make it impossible to set up shantytowns under the bridges/highways and tent compounds on city streets, stop it from turning into the open air asylum/drug rehab, fix up what's broken and run down, including horrible rat problem, make it business friendly by creating tax favorable policies to motivate people to open offices in our empty 10s of thousands of commercial RE space, motivate people to invest into the city and improve its housing stock, infrastructure and retail, it wouldn't be so bad in my books.  But you are clearly afraid of something.  What is it?[/quote]
