Biden was president. Harris was not. Biden was the Chief Executive who signed off on executive orders that reversed many of the band-aid immigration/southern border orders that were in place to stem the flow of new arrivals. Harris was not. Harris never had the power to do anything substantive. Misplaced blame.[/quote]

No one said she "deserved to be president". We're just saying she was powerless and therefore she shouldn't have been blamed for Biden's failures in the same way Pence and Vance shouldn't be blamed for Trump's failures. These recent VPs tanked their political careers by accepting VP offers from unfit and unpopular elderly jerks. That's punishment enough. We don't need to misplace blame on them that should be directed towards their awful bosses.[/quote]

Biden was still her boss at that time. Vance would say the same about Trump if asked that question now. Once the VP term is over, Vance will tell the ugly truth about Trump just as Harris did about Biden.
