The addition is not a 4 bedroom, 2 bath addition. I haven't seen the floor plans, but each floor has a kitchen, bath, and multiple bedrooms. The original home is 4 bedrooms, 2 baths.[/quote] That's an apartment building. [/quote] Plumbing adds 6 toilets, 8 sinks, 6 showers, so it seems like this is 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen per floor.
