The owner of one of the tools is scraping USA swimming’s website in violation of their TOS. That owner is up in the PVS/VA LSC area and has connections with them. Meanwhile that owner created a Facebook page Sunday and posted that they are the victims and suffering in all this from the lack of files. Meanwhile they have every meet result sent to USA swimming. Seems like a potential conflict of interest to me and rewarding bad actors in this space. [/quote]
