Democrats are not changing anything in the CR ruling; they are talking[b] about random additional special interest projects[/b] to try to force them through. Americans see right through it; it's like arguing that you shouldn't have to pay your restaurant bill because you disagree with their corporate policies, which don't provide free health insurance for the restaurant workers.
