I’m not making this up. I was looking at all the open cases with ssfs after this article came out. There is a case filed in May that is open against ssfs citing the child’s victim act.

and look up C15CV25002294

This is a public accessible database. Most cases against ssfs are contract. This one is child victims act. Being that it sounds more serious I wondered if anyone knew what this was about. I’m not being a “hater” but I am concerned that there is such a case against the school. [/quote]

This is fascinating because that field has changed since I noticed it after the WaPo article...it was previously filed as Tort - Negligence, and I assumed that was filed as a result of the closure.[/quote]
