I have been down on U St/Logan Circle a million times (fave bar is there). In my 25 years of living in DC, I have never been a victim of crime. But also DC is not NYC, there isn’t a lot going on at 3 am that is anything good. Nothing good happens at 3 am in DC.[/quote]
