[/quote] It sounds like the issue isn't that the CPS checks haven't been submitted properly, it's that the county office is really slow in processing them, and that rather than raising hell over it, MCPS has just said "they've always been slow, we'll live with it and send people out to start work while we're waiting for the results to come in."[/quote]
