So you're saying some throwaway line in a debate from an accidental candidate in a losing election that could be missed while washing your hair is what America should be focusing on? That's the answer? What is Chuck Schumer's health care policy? What is Hakeem Jeffries health care policy? They are the leaders of the Democratic Party. And I hear nothing from them or any other Democrat when it comes to real world issues that affect the middle class.

You people who work for government or Big Law or Fortune 500 companies love idly ignoring the concerns of Americans on different paths - creatives, consultants, small business people, gig economy people, young people kicked off their parents insurance - the vast majority of Americans. You simply wave dismissively. When I think of Democrats today, I think of the capital city in the Hunger Games - flamboyantly privileged people. Let them suffer seems to be the mantra of Democrats today.

I don't agree with everything that PP said but the bolded is absolutely true. I frankly don't hear anything from party leadership on any real issues. They didn't even get any attention for whatever noise they made on BBB (Schumer and Jaffries seemed more distraught about Mamdani). There's finally a wedge in MAGA over Epstein and Pelosi is calling it a "distraction" instead of using it as way to pull in disaffected voters.
