Dems insist he’s brought back here. Trump, in 2020, says everyone should get a covid vaccination - Biden and Harris both say they wouldn’t get “Trump’s vaccine”. Now Trump says Iran can never be allowed to have a nuclear weapon….. so of course American democrats now insist Iran be allowed to develop a nuclear weapon.

Israel has repeatedly attack Iran- bombing their embassy, assassinating civilian scientists, assassinating senior military leaders, bombing ordinary civilians in Iran, etc. Israel is a clear aggressor and the problem in the Middle East. Israel has done everything in it power to push the US to attack Iran. Just like they did with Iraq.

Leaving Israel aside for a moment (because I agree Netanyahu is a beast and Israel has several motivations for wanting to attack Iran, including their role in 10/7), [b]how would you propose dealing with Iran being on the brink of having a nuclear weapon?[/b] Because they are on the brink, and there’s no deal in sight - yes that’s partially because Trump killed the last nuclear deal and failed to negotiate a new one, and partially because it’s Iran and it’s like negotiating with Russia, who is going to do what they are capable of doing.

Two American presidents of opposite parties tried to do this the responsible way. Both Obama and Trump tried to deal with this via negotiation.

Unfortunately, we will never find out the result of the Trump/Iran talks because Israel went ahead and blindsided Trump with the recent strike.

Israel does not want the US and Iran to talk, and they hate when we speak to any ME country without their involvement. Don’t forget Trumps envoy recently spoke to Hamas in Qatar much to Israel’s frustration and yet they were able to free many hostages including an American.

America and Iran are not the actors wanting war in this picture. Only one party supposedly against nuclear  and nuclear and  wanting a solution is fearful of any solution. They want war.  They should fight in it. We should not.
