Dems once again supporting and defending criminal illegal aliens. This judge acted criminally if the complaint is accurate. And, there were plenty of witnesses in the courtroom to see her actions.
No, we are defending the gd Constitution that affords DUE PROCESS to all. I think he should be deported and I hope he is again. But it needs done the legal way. JFC, how do you not understand the difference? if you're fine with no due process for the brown illegals, then I hope you'll be ok with no due process when it is your turn to be rounded up.
This is insane. Other than ensuring he the correct person what process is due? So if someone makes their way into our country we cannot make them leave without a time and resources consuming hearing? What about visa overstays? Hearings for them? There would be no reason to have a border or a nation-state
You can't barge in to a judge's courtroom. Wait outside. It's not hard. Arresting judges on fake charges that will get tossed is not the way to remove illegal immigrants. I can't see why you think it would be.
They were outside. Are you even familiar with this case at all?! There is nothing illegal about arresting an illegal immigrant in a courthouse.
Then what was their beef with the judge?
They didn’t have a beef with her at all. She approached the officers who were waiting in the hallway: “When Judge Dugan learned ICE officers were present in court to arrest Flores-Ruiz, she became "visibly angry" and said the situation was "absurd" before leaving the bench and entering her chambers, according to the complaint, which cited witnesses who spoke to the FBI. Judge Dugan and another unidentified judge then allegedly approached the arrest team in the public hallway, according to the complaint. She was "visibly upset and had a confrontational, angry demeanor" and asked one of the officers whether they were present for a court appearance, the complaint alleged.”
