[/quote] DP but not necessarily - often availability and willingness to travel etc. is what drives some of these high salaries. They're not necessarily going to say you can do 80% work for 80% pay. Not to say OP can't find a less stressful position but her high salary doesn't really indicate anything about flexibility.[/quote]
