[/quote] That isn't accurate as per their admissions staff. They said they put TO into one pile and apps with scores into another pile. TO was compared to TO and apps with scores were compared to others with scores. They could have changed it, but that is what they said in the past 1-2 years. My kid with TO got in. [/quote]
