Which is probably why they see it is legal and will be treated as legal until courts declare otherwise. I'd also like to point out that MSNBC/CNN routinely do not cover live Trump press conferences or interviews or certain topics when Trump is talking, so you can't accuse Fox for being selective without being hypocritical.
