If Trump cured cancer, we would be all super happy (i dont know if you have ever lost a family member to cancer, I did and guaranteed I would have kisses Trump’s a$$ he he had a cure, you are lucky if you cannot understand). But if Trump went on a big TV press conference  saying that cancer is finally cured ,  a very beautiful cure like wr have never seen before, so we can all finally relax and that the detail will be out in a couple of weeks or something because big pharma is trying to block his wonderful cure snd so on, or that the cure is ivermectin and that it’s wonderful and again big pharma does not want people to know, we would say that he is a scammer. 
He can deport people without making this mess, he wants the mess because he can go rant on Truth Social and look like a hero to his supporters, regardless of the actual number of deported people.
