I understand that I feel beaten, beleaguered, and ready for people to simply experience the consequences of what they asked for. But I do think that elected Dems have SOME responsibility to, you know, communicate effectively.

I think the combo of him actually winning, winning the popular vote, and being forced to go through this all again, is just too much. I'm just hunkering down trying to survive and stay sane this time. I don't have it in me to do anything else.[/quote]

Where are the 2028 hopefuls? Why aren't they using this moment - THIS MOMENT - to build their platforms and show that they can be the one to lead us out of this horror?

It’s very early days. I’m not a political strategist but probably they are following the don’t get in your opponent’s way when he’s destroying himself.  Give Trump all the rope he needs to hang himself. He’s never faced consequences in his life, but even Trump can’t overcome the laws of economics and science.  [/quote]
