I really don’t think you understand how to use Zillow. I found at least 9 houses for sale that are not new construction or condos - I stopped after page 1. I didn’t include the house for sale at 24 million

Many of these are in the part of 20817 near 270 and 495 which will always be less desirable. Others are over $2.5 million (one is over $7 million). If you don't want to live near highways, and don't have a budget over $2.5 million, there are two options on your list. Those two have been on the market for under a week.[/quote]
