I hate the cold, but it is conducive to studying since the alternatives in sub zero temps are not very attractive (I am an outdoorsy girl). So I studied a lot and socialized, got top grades, made amazing friends, was offered a great job straight out of college and am successful in my field. It all worked out beautifully, despite my initial apprehensions about the climate, isolation and small size of the school. Oh, and zero of my classes were taught by TAs. SLACs in the Northeast for the win![/quote]
