[/quote] No. The trial got transferred from district court to circuit court, probably because the defendant requested a jury trial. The circuit court processes set 7 dates for things like scheduling. Two of the hearing dates for motions have been canceled because they didn’t have any motions to discuss. The jury trial is set for 2 days. It’s very easy to see all this.[/quote]
