No one good plays private high school soccer. Except these three current pros. https://marylandiaa.prestosports.com/Privett_-_Murrell
So McDonogh gave scholorships to a couple of promising MLSN players. They in turn played on the HS soccer team returning the favor. They're playing at high level soccer because of MLSN not HS soccer. McDonogh globbed onto some rising star in HS and now is trying to claim they developed them.
Read the whole thing, another was at Calvert hall. Plenty of soccer talent in private schools.
So you're saying that private high schools developed these players to the point where they were able to play professionally? The answer is no. They offered free tuition to MLSN players in exchange for playing on the HS soccer team.
The topic of thread is quality of soccer played in high school. No one except you is talking about who developed players because it is irrelevant. Just admit that there is some high quality soccer being played at some private schools and we can call it a day. Or you can continue to ramble about completely irrelevant things.
There isn't , high school soccer is crap. You have players playing down for wins against teams with players who's first time touching the ball was last week. Basically rec. You want people to think you've achieved something. You have not.
What's difficult about this entire conversation is that I'm argueing about crap soccer with someone that has no idea what crap soccer looks like. Sigh...
What’s difficult is you post and post and make zero sense.
I don't make sense to you because you don't understand what high level elite soccer involves. This is why you think high school soccer is competitive. This is also why recruiters and club soccer ignores high school soccer..
