This is why it's such a close election.  I'm pro choice anti MAGA and a female DEI and have no problem with Bezos' decision.  I know who I am and what I believe in and I don't vote or get swayed by any paper who would endorse any candidate.  This is what people mean by being waaaaay out of control to the Left.

Be sensible, logical and a bit less emotional but practical.  Worry about yourself and look at the impact not what you deem to be right or wrong in the heat of the moment.  This is punishing journalists on YOUR side.  The Post is a hugely liberal left leaning paper.  If you are a Dem why would you want it to go out?!

Bezos owns it but that's it.  This is a big decision but he's not printing pro Maga stuff every day so get off your high horse and be sensible.  It's a business decision at worse and a philosophical one at best, and if you can't understand that, you are a fool.[/quote]

I don't know if you understand this story. The editorial board did want to endorse Harris and they wrote an endorsement but the owner refused to let them publish it.  People don't subscribe to the post because they want to know bezos's opinions. They subscribe to the post because they respect the reporting and the editorial board that he has in place. If they're not going to get that, why should they read the paper?[/quote]

And you don't need to agree with reporting to respect it by the way.  You could read a quality conservative publication like the economist or something and respect the reporting without necessarily agreeing with all of it.[/quote]
