Ideally she couldwork with a trainer and get her measurments down to a 24 inch waistline b/c that waist line with muscle is the best place, it doenst matter how much you weigh, its more how much visceral fat you have for disease but if she cant do that without a medication there is nothing wrong with going on the medication.
