Yes, my high schooler uses their phone to listen to music during "classwork time" because other kids are talking instead of doing their work and it's distracting.  Apparently there's no enforcement of doing individual work during non-lecture time, either.[/quote]

Easy fix, don’t have classwork instead keep doing instruction and interactive discussions, and then send classwork as homework[/quote]
