As kids we got to choose dinner on our birthdays. One year, I picked "Chicken Chow Mein" in the can. It was actually TWO cans taped together if you recall. One with the salty noodle mess and one with the crunchy topping.

That's so funny. I was actually looking up recipes for this so that my DCs could try it. I made creamed tuna and they were big fans. But I think I'm going to make it with real beef cuts and not chipped beef. It will probably end up more like stroganoff. [/quote]
