Like it or not, I think that Democrats and much of the media have actually helped to strengthen Trump because he's seen as a warrior who gets everything thrown at him but keeps getting back up. Many people have admiration for him because they think he's been treated unfairly. They identify with him. [/quote]

At this point, it would hardly surprise me to find out that a lot of it was from Republican donors, which would be straight out the Dems 2022 playbook. They spent $$ on far right candidates because they thought they would be easier to beat than centrist Republications. Of course Trump wants Biden to run.

I find that so abhorrent that I stopped donating to them and wrote them twice to tell them why, not that they cares about me.
