My mom does none of these things.  So, no, I wouldn't sacrifice my marriage to move in my mom.  When she stays with us she is like a fourth child and completely wears me out.  I would help her find help, but at this point in my life, I can't envision a scenario where I'd move her in with my family and in my home to disturb the peace. [/quote]

Even if me, you, and the OP are the only people in the world who think that spouses can't be replaced, it doesn't matter. If OP prefers her husband to her mother, people need to respect that. [/quote]
