Not knowing who the new superintendent will be, nobody wants to risk taking a job here and having the current interim be hired. She's awful and has a reputation and it drives away good candidates. Also April Key doesn't know how to recruit quality talent and she drives people away and only picks people she likes. That said, Kevin is great. [/quote]
