For the class of 2008 1252 white kids applied and 245 got in. For the class of 2024 595 white kids applied and 86 got in. After they changed the process to de-emphasize merit, white applications jumped to 726 for the class 2025 with 123 gaining admission; So more white kids are applying now that merit has been de-emphasized.
