We have some of the strictest laws in the country.[/quote] Strictest laws don't matter when straw purchased guns are easily trafficked in from other states, then those caught with illegal guns are barely prosecuted (high rate of completely dropping charges or jif charges, pleading down to misdemeanor)[/quote]
