If you are walking your dog, it needs to be under your control at all times. You could not use the excuse of "sorry, what could I do? dogs do that sometimes, and I certainly can't control him" for just anything a dog might do in someone else's yard. Of course biting a child or breaking something are different, but the expectation of "under your control" is not. WHERE your dog travels is supposed to be under your control, or you shouldn't have a dog. [/quote]
