My breasts were very large and out of proportion to my body before I had a baby and breastfed, but were even more so after that. They caused lots of discomfort/straps would cause skin damage. I had to buy larger sizes and have clothing tailored to fit. Insurance paid for a breast reduction. The doc was able to decrease the mass so that they weren't so heavy and no longer caused major issues for my back and neck and I no longer have to wear a bra that's essentially a brace. But in the process, the surgeon made them look great. There was no implant needed since I already had plenty of firm breast tissue. I'm a feminist and would never get implants, mostly because I know what a PITA it is to have large breasts. I actually asked for the doc to make them as small as possible. You know nothing about what motivated surgery for any one person.
Implants can be small . A woman with uneven or tubular small breasts can feel the same need as you to wear standard size dresses and have her boobs look natural with cleavage. For you to address your discomfort was reduction. For women with less own tissue that would be a small implant. I’m not advocating for huge implants or anything, but if a woman wants to get something done she shouldn’t be criticized for that.
I dont think anyone is criticizing that. Calling something fake is not a criticism on you. It's just calling it what it is. They are not natural. I'm sure they look great - probably better than mine! But they aren't real. You are extremely sensitive to the word "fake" but this all started because someone referenced corn stars with big fake plastic boobs - which is pretty common in that industry. You took an issue with the word fake, and derailed this entire thread over it. Clearly you are not as secure with your choice as you claim to be.
