But long Covid is not testable and it is diagnosed on symptoms. People with long Covid typically are unable to play sports or exercise. It mostly affects cardiovascular and respiratory so to fly commercially is not recommended. Especially internationally. It can be tiring to travel when you’re healthy and if you have something like long Covid I can’t imagine even wanting to travel that far. [/quote]
