They did make some offers, yes. My understanding is that many FCV GA players are exploring their options and know that they effectively have a guaranteed offer at VRSC if they want it.  This situation has been made more complicated for everybody by a higher than usual amount of upheaval with so many area clubs for next year.  In particular, the Union and Brave merger to FVU which means a decent number of (former) ECNL players will be looking for a new club.  So it’s going to take some time to fill out rosters.  I think VRSC is hoping to keep a good number of FCV United players “in their back pocket” in case they only end up getting a few FCV GA players when the dust settles. [/quote]

Offers came in mid February and there were enough questions that current FCV GA players didn’t accept right away. They didn’t need to since there was no deadline to accept. At every age group, most players were going to consider coming as a group or not at all.

Revolution has not rushed the process and now it’s looking like they will get 10+ current FCV GA kids at every age group.

Not true. Offers came with a deadline of 48 hrs. When barely any accepted they extended. No chance there will be 10 at every age group. Not when we are hearing of so many defections already.  [/quote]
