He added that he expects 18 of the military coalition's 31 members will meet their goal of spending 2% of their gross domestic product on defense this year, marking a sixfold increase from 2014, when allies formalized their investment pledge.

The majority of our “Allies” don’t even meet MINIMUM payments they agreed to meet.

You know why? Because they don’t have to. They can free ride, free load, free base, free whatever and dopey America will pay the way and send their Soldiers, Sailors, and Marines to fight and die.

America keeps millions and millions of dollars of expensive military equipment in caves in Northern Europe and Military personnel to operate that equipment 24/7/365. Because of Russia. Meanwhile, every liberal on earth orgasms over N Europe’s social programs.

A country can spend tons of money on social programs while America stashes expensive weapons and manpower around their country to defend said country? Who would have guessed?
