Just stop it! The DEI role was new at the time and was developing. The current DEI head and committee members are a great fit and doing a great job. You are soooo negative. Previous DEI was not a good fit in my opinion. Current head Reverend Adams is great. [/quote]

Nobody questioned whether or not the current people were doing a good job.

Great employees can be stymied when the culture does not support their work.

The culture that lead to the school needing an entire DEI branch of governance is the issue. Culture doesn’t just change when you hire one good person. [/quote]

Please. Almost Every single top private school created DEI branches in response to George Floyd and the BLM movement. I applaud NCS and other schools for doing this. Some did not. It was not about the culture at the school per se rather the culture in the country. Every single African American friend I have at NCS says they are much more please with the culture and opportunities at NCS than at other schools they have been at. [/quote]
