Not bothered at all.  Harvard has an endowment in the 10 of billions of dollars (and doesn't pay taxes btw).  And if Harvard is that invested in their beliefs, they will return all of Ackman's money and refuse any other while keeping the board intact.

Ackman does not owe them a penny, [i]it is his money[/i] and can do with it as he pleases. [/quote]
