Telling a friend or screenshotting your DCUM post was not considered evidence. Pretty much the only thing the court accepts as evidence is a police report.[/quote] A report to your doctor will also count for court. OP - please go see your physician, explain exactly what happened. Your doctor is NOT required to report it to the police unless you want to involve law enforcement, but if you need a record later for legal proceedings this will provide a medical record. [/quote]
