And yes, minimum wage should be increased. But you're wrong about this being a SEC thing. Criminals aren't carjacking because they need a vehicle to go somewhere - they're doing it for fun. You don't see new Afghan immigrants working at Target robbing people for their coats. You don't see refugees to the US or immigrants starting over, doing anything criminal.
