I only know what Bavarois is from watching The Great British Baking Off. They have so many varied desserts. In America it's mostly just cakes, pies, and cookies. All very simply prepared.[/quote]

Enjoy! All you need is a good quality egg nog or pouring custard (like Trickling Springs or whatever you like) and Knox gelatin. A sprinkle of nutmeg on top.  It’s easy and delicious. [/quote]
