It's overwhelmingly South Arlington families in poorly performing school desperately trying to get into ATS or Campbell. One of the main reasons people are against vouchers is because of brain drain. How are the APS option schools any different? They have the same result. Trust me Campbell ES isn't doing anything different than the neighborhood school except it's an escape valve.[/quote]
