Just listen to the public comments to the Board on the lack of teachers (and thus the lack of learning for certain groups of teachers), and then the Board receiving a report from the head of HR and barely acknowledging in the extensive issues raised in the public comments in their questions to the head of HR. It always cheerleading for ACPS by the Board rather than demanding accountability from the Central Office on down. [/quote]
